OriginWorks provides digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, WhatsApp marketing and website development. Deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed per project via a written proposal or invoice.
Unless stated otherwise, retainers are billed monthly in advance and one-off projects are 50% advance, 50% on delivery. All fees are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Clients agree to provide timely access to assets, accounts and approvals required for delivery. Delays caused by pending inputs may extend timelines.
Final deliverables become the client's property once payment is complete. We may retain the right to display work in our portfolio and case studies.
We treat all client information as confidential and only share it with team members and trusted vendors required to deliver the engagement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or third-party platform decisions (e.g. ad account suspensions). Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days.
Either party may terminate a retainer with 15 days' written notice. Outstanding work and fees remain due through the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai, India.
